  1. Confirm you're in. Happy with what you've seen? Let us know you'd like to go ahead and we'll send through a simple service agreement to sign. No fine print, no surprises.
  2. Welcome & onboarding. We'll send your onboarding email with everything you need to know, what's coming next, what we'll need from you, and how it all works.
  3. Brand setup & access. We'll guide you through giving us access to your Facebook & Instagram business pages, any existing content or folders you want us to use, and any templates you want us to work with.
  4. Content planning & strategy. We'll build your 3-month content calendar and send it to you for review and feedback. Once you're happy, it's time to kick off.
